Please complete the below form and enclose your dispatch note in your returning parcel. Once you've submitted your online return, you will be emailed directly by one of our selected couriers to arrange the free return collection. They will provide clear instructions on how to arrange this and also provide you with your returns label and waybill document. Print off your returns label and Waybill sheet and affix the returns label to your parcel, keeping your waybill document for the driver.

Refunds

The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment. 
Once we've received your return, the money will be credited within 14 days to the original method of payment.

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Elegance of Elena. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s).

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and a further 14 days from this date to get it back to us. Please note: The returns label request needs to be made within 14 days for your return to be accepted. Anything received after 14 days will be rejected and the customer will be responsible for the postage costs to send the item back out. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge - £6.99 standard delivery or £12.99 for large orders and £15 for extra large orders. Free shipping will only be honoured if the order remains over £150 after the return, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount should your order fall under £150. We can exchange the item for a different size/colour if requested. Please ensure you enclose the dispatch note in the parcel you are returning. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment, either to the debit or credit card used or to your PayPal account. Our refunds and returns policy complies with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, as published by the office of fair trading.

We offer FREE UK Mainland exchanges. Please submit your exchange request via the below form and include details with the message section.
Please note: We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour. This service is currently only available in the UK.

International Returns 

At this current time, we do not offer a returns label for international orders. Please return the items(s) to the returns address below. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service, for your own insurance. Please ensure you clearly label your parcel as a 'return' for customs purposes. This will avoid any deductions to your refund. We will not be responsible for any customs charges.
