Refund Policy

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return  and a further 14 days from this date to get it back to us. Please note: The returns label request needs to be made within 14 days for your return to be accepted. Anything received after 14 days will be rejected and the customer will be responsible for the postage costs to send the item back out. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please complete our Online Returns Form If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Monthly Subscription boxes are not covered by this policy and will only be considered if the contents are damaged, missing or don't meet our company standards.

1.Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Shoes which have been dyed (classed as bespoke)

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Elegance of Elena. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund. The request to return must be made to us within 14 days and you then have a further 14 days to get the item back to us. Provided it is in its original, unused condition the refund will be processed. We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge - £6.99 standard delivery or £12.99 for large orders and £15 for extra large orders. Free shipping will only be honoured if the order remains over £150 after the return, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount should your order fall under £150. We can exchange the item for a different size/colour if requested. Please ensure you enclose the dispatch note in the parcel you are returning. We offer free returns on your first return, any further returns made on any given order, you will be responsible for the return delivery costs and this will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment, either to the debit or credit card used or to your PayPal account. Our refunds and returns policy complies with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, as published by the office of fair trading.
