Orders may be placed online 24/7 or alternatively, if preferred by telephone on 0116 462 5347 Monday - Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm. We do divert our calls to a nominated member of staff at weekends but may be limited in their ability to help as they will be remote working. Please have to hand the details of the goods you wish to purchase and the method of payment. 

International Orders

International orders can be placed the same way either online or by phone. We are happy to send orders to any worldwide destination. If you are telephoning from outside the UK please call +44 116 462 5347. However, these orders are subject to different delivery charges as outlined at checkout. Goods delivered abroad may also incur local custom charges and excise duty which you are responsible for. We do have fluent French and Italian speaking members of staff available to help you with your enquiries. 

Order Confirmation

Elegance of Elena Ltd will send all customers an order confirmation via email or text message. If there are any problems with your order, we will advise you as soon as possible. If you change your mind after placing the order, please contact us and we can cancel or amend your order up until the time of dispatch. We are not however able to accept changes or cancelations of personalised or bespoke items once they have been made.

Methods of Payment

Elegance of Elena accepts payments by PayPal, and all major debit and credit card providers including American Express. For orders placed via telephone and any orders placed inside our Boutique, additional methods of payment are accepted such as cash and BACS payments. If you wish to make a payment by BACS, please telephone us for our Bank details. 

Samples & Colour Matching

We are very happy to supply samples, subject to a minimum charge of £1.00, refundable against any subsequent order. All samples will be charged at the retail price of the item, plus postage. Ribbon/fabric swatches are usually sent FOC. If you would like us to colour match ribbons or other bespoke items, please send us a sample of your fabric, and we will do our very best!

Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Elegance of Elena. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 28 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition. The refund request needs to be made within 14 days, you then have a further 14 days to get your item(s) back to us. We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge - £6.99 standard delivery or £12.99 for large orders and £15 for extra large orders. Free shipping will only be honoured if the order remains over £150 after the return, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount should your order fall under £150. We can exchange the item for a different size/colour if requested. Please ensure you enclose the dispatch note in the parcel you are returning. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment, either to the debit or credit card used or to your PayPal account. Our refunds and returns policy complies with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, as published by the office of fair trading.

Hair Accessories (For Hygiene reasons)
Earrings (For Hygiene reasons)
Shoes which have been dyed (classed as bespoke)
Personalised Items
Monthly Subscription Boxes
Flower Girl Dresses (Unless Faulty)
Bridesmaid Dresses (Unless Faulty)
Veils (For Hygiene reasons)

Damaged / Faulty Items:

In the unlikely event you receive any faulty or damaged items, this must be reported to us no later that 24 hours after delivery. Any damage or faulty items reported after this point will not be exchanged or refunded and liability will rest solely with the customer. 

Statutory Rights

If the goods are faulty, not what you ordered, or do not reach you in perfect condition, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please return the goods with a description of the fault, together with any original box/packaging, where applicable. In these circumstances, Elegance of Elena will reimburse the return delivery costs based on the original post and packaging charges, and will send a replacement if required, postage paid.

Products & Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure that details of our products and prices are correct. We do however reserve the right to (i) change prices if necessary and without prior notice (ii) to offer an alternative of the same quality and value, if for any reason an item be no longer available due to circumstances beyond our control. In this unlikely event, we will of course notify you immediately. Should we be unable to fulfil your order, or part of, we will not be liable for the failure to deliver those goods in question. This does not affect your statutory rights.
